Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping (free on all orders) is estimated to arrive within 5–12 business days. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the secure express checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted, third-party providers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they ship. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. See our Return Policy for full details.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
How should I care for my watch?
Keep your watch away from strong impacts and avoid exposing it to water beyond its stated water resistance. Wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in its box when not in use.
